We loved the location of the hotel, as it was so close to the city centre and within a 5-minute walk from Piccadilly train station. It was convenient, especially for transportation and exploring the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was great, and the facilities provided were excellent.

I had a great stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was super convenient, being really near the train station. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome. The room was modern and well-appointed, with a living room and kitchen, perfect for cooking my own meals. The cleanliness of the apartment was impeccable, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and professional. I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

Thank you for the really lovely stay with respect throughout my stay. Facilities are good, and there's shuttle to train station. The setting is magnificent and favourable, really close to the canal, central station, nice bars and restaurants nearby.

I had a very comfortable experience here, everything was perfect, the location was unbeatable near to the train station, several stations and the shopping district and the city centre. I had light executive apartment with ironing board, individual heaters and iron. They offered me wake up calls free of charge too.

The apartment was spacious and clean, with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable sitting area. The balcony provided a nice touch, great to enjoy the sunny weather. The location was fantastic, close to the train station and within walking distance of the shopping center.
There were some small issues , such as the bedrooms being a bit cramped and lacking amenities like bedside tables and lamps. We also experienced a few inconveniences like key card activation problems and a temporary water shortage in the building.

Absolutely loved this apartment! Lovely upgrade to a beautiful 2 bed with a balcony & city view. Super clean and well-equipped, plenty of towels. Great value for money. Excellent location, easy access to the train station, shopping centers, and canal view. Staff were friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds.

My friends and I had an amazing stay in an incredibly convenient location, just a stone's throw away from the train station. The spacious two-bedroom duplex offered a surprising amount of privacy with three toilets and a large kitchen/dining area. The staff were friendly and the rooms were super clean. We also appreciated the convenience of the car park right behind the hotel. It made our trip that much more enjoyable.
My only minor gripe was the initial check-in, which could have been more friendly and welcoming.
